MyLabCorp is Laboratory Corporation’s internet site. Employees can use it to access payroll, work schedules, corporate regulations, compensation information, and much more via a web portal.
MyLabCorp also provides a patient login portal in addition to the staff login portal. Patients may use the site to check on the status of their tests, make appointment requests, and make payments for their medical bills and test expenses. The portal may be accessed at patient.labcorp.com.

LabCorp Patient Portal Information
The portal’s official website is www.patient.labcorp.com. Those who have already signed up can use their email address and password to access their account. If this is your first time on the site, click the “Create an Account” option to the right of the Sign In text.
Name, gender, date of birth, home address, phone number, email address, and a password are all required pieces of personal information. Once you’ve verified your account and logged in, you’ll be able to use the portal’s many features.
Patient Portal Services
When you log into your patient site, you may make an appointment. To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into your Labcorp Patient account.
- Select Appointments from the main menu.
- The appointment should be made for the person who needs it (you or a dependant).
- Schedule an appointment by clicking on the Schedule Appointment button.
Pay Your Expenses: You may take care of your medical bills on the official website. The following payment options are available:
- Visit Labcorp’s Bill Pay website to pay your account balance online.
- At 800-845-6167, you may reach an automated voice response system that’s on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Send a check to the address shown on your invoice to settle your account. Please include the bill stub when mailing in your payment. It is mandatory to mention your invoice number when making a check payment.
- There are several ways to pay at our labs, including in person (patient service centers).
The results of your tests are automatically uploaded to your Labcorp Patient account once they have been sent to your doctor (unless state or federal regulations prevent this). Drug testing for employees is one such test that cannot be performed on any of the Labcorp patients.
